Surgical microscope adapter for use with non-contact wide-angle lenses
Maximum flexibility in retinal and vitreous surgeries! This system, together with the image inverter, allows the use of non-contact wide-angle lenses in retinal and vitreous surgeries. This allows the patient to move the eye freely without compromising the surgical process.
This provides great comfort and freedom to the surgeon, in addition to offering greater precision and reducing the risk of edema and contamination of the cornea.
Comes with a carrying case and rings for various microscopes.

The New Flex Max was developed by Opto based on suggestions for improvements made by renowned surgeons, with special attention given by Dr. Rodrigo Brant, who also made Ophthal’s facilities in São Paulo available for all tests.
We would also like to thank Dr. Anderson Teixeira who suggested the introduction of the green filter, which makes the new Flex Max even more complete.
